1. Use of Website
By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This site is provided to inform customers about our event catering services and enable users to request free catering estimates.
2. Estimates & Event Booking
Online quote submissions do not constitute a confirmed contract until reviewed and accepted by Nani’s Catering. Official date reservation requires a mutually signed catering agreement and standard date-hold security deposit.
3. Guest Counts & Menu Changes
Final guest counts and dietary accommodations must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date to ensure proper food procurement and freshness.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, culinary photographs, written descriptions, and website design are the exclusive property of Nani’s Catering and Jose Miguel Rivera Sanchez, and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nani’s Catering operates with all required food handling permits and venue general liability insurance. In no event shall Nani’s Catering be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the catering services booked.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
